ULT won't fit with 0 shim

I just received an ULT and I tried to fit it in my XValve. So I removed the RT on/off but the ULT will always stick out of the valve, wether there's no or 7 shims . Am I supposed to remove the o-ring on wich sits the RT on/off?

I'm lost...

hehe, yes, remove the two orings on the bottom of the on/off area. the area is suppose to be empty before install. good luck!

Common mistake.
Pop out those o-rings and slide the ult in and you are ready to rock!!
