Max Flo Rebuild?

howdy.

I need to learn how to rebuild a Smart Parts Max Flo Inline adjustable regulator, the on/off switch is not working. I have a kit from SP with a 'Big' spring, some lube, and lots of O Rings.

The on-off orings in the regulator always get pinched and then leak. I took an over sized drill bit and hand reamed the edge of the hole going through the on-off piece. Removing the sharp edge ehlps preserve the orings. Mine have actually lasted a few months since doing this.
