RT Major Leak

Ok guys first off I know zilch about mags...

First off I have an RT Pro, X Valve, Lvl 10 Bolt and ULT.
Now for the issue, I go to air the thing up and it leaks, pretty much doesn't seal at all, I hold the trigger with the safety on like I always have but it just leaks. I tried gassing it up with the trigger fully pulled and that stopped the leak, till I release the trigger.
So to summarize, no trigger pressure = massive leak, no seal at all.
Full trigger = no leak till release.

Now I would send it in to AGD but I haven't been able to call up the new site info and I only have about 2 weeks before my Dad needs it for a game (Nov 10) by the way its not mine, its my dads.

Ok I figured it out, I think he tried to "Clean" it and threw off the lvl 10, I'm working on it now and the leak is nearly gone, 1 carrier lower and I think I'll get it.
