anyone else ever had this happen?

ive been experiencing intermittent bolt stick,on/off ult type leaks and once & awhile ball breaks
finally know why :during disassembly & inspection i never seen this coming and i know its been cracking for some time now

so for all of you that have been going insane w/ intermittent problems like above ,..look real hard @ the sear where its drilled for the bushing -thought id share the info sorry about the camera phone lousy pic

Dang dude.... Those sears are made out of some damn hard steel. I am surprised that yours failed like that. Well at least it is an easy fix to replace the sear.

yeah im not sure if it was one out of a million defective sear /or just me r/t ing @ 23 balls a sec over the crono (mechanical w/900psi out of a maxflow bla bla bla ect,..) being an autotech for 20 years ,over time ive gotton halfway decent w/airsmithing and i never thought to look @ the sear that closley and NEVER would have seen that one coming the intermittent bolt stick drove my insain
