    Classic Mag on 12 Grams

OK, I put together a Classic (lvl 7) and planned on running it on 12 grams to use as a pistol. Problem is I only get 8-10 good shots/ 12 gram. I knew they weren't real efficient but I was expecting 12-15 shots. Any suggestions to improve efficiency?

What kind of barrel are you using? An unported one like the stock barrel will give you the best efficiency. I remember seeing an old magazine scan claiming 20-25 shots off of a 12 gram. A highly tuned one might be able to get 15-20 shots over 200fps.

Another thing you can do is lower your velocity down a little bit, you can gain an extra few shots if you average fps is 250 instead of 300.

Other than that, the only thing I can think of is to make sure you have everything well oiled. Put an extra little dab of oil along the power tube and re-chrono.

I heard a rumor once that double regulating (the mags valve plus another regulator) helps a little bit, something like a Palmers sideline stabilizer.

IIRC, Tom Kaye's tests show that a 10.5" unported barrel is the ideal size for efficiency. Good barrel to paint match, and slow firing on a 12g should help also.
