Level 10 Emag Valve - Electronics required?

Does a level 10 Emag Valve require an electronic marker as a whole package to make it work, or can I throw it on a classic body and hook it up with the mechanical parts?

The emag valve is exactly the same as the Xvalve, retro valve, or RT Pro valve. You do not need electronics to make it work like a valve. It will be like having a RT valve.

Sweet thanks for the info. Just curious, because I saw one on ebay for under a buck, but now the bid is up to $50. If it stayed under the radar I would have bid on it, because you can never have too many Automag valves!

The only thing different between an emag valve and a retro valve is the writing lazered onto the outside. The emag on-off pin is shorter as well, but will still function. You'll just get a bit more reactivity than from a regular retro valve.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

If it is in good shape, it should be worth at least $135.

That and the Retro valve can't take the ULT, but i still think the Retro is cooler.

Not all emags take the ULT either. The older emag and retro valves can't take the ULT. The newer emag and retro valves as well as all x-vavles can take the ULT.

I thought all emag valves could take the ULT because of the quad o-ring, as for newer retros i didn't hear that, just RT Pro valves.

The quad oring is just a replacement for the white urethane oring. Retro and RT Pro valves are the same valve. The original Automag RT is the only retro type valve that is different.
