    Replacing Classic on/off with RT

I have an RT on/off and I just popped out the Classic and popped in the RT. Did I have to mess with the o-rings in the on/off area? There was one white o-ring above the on/off. I slid the Classic on/off out and slid the RT on/off in.

In a classic valve, there should be 2 o-rings located above the on/off top. One large urethane one and one smaller white teflon one that fits inside the urethane one.
At least, I think those are the materials.

As long as both o-rings are there, you shouldn't have to mess with them.

While putting in an R/T on/off into a classic valve will make for a softer feeling trigger, it will make it easier to chuff. Lvl 10 recommended for this. Good luck.

The on-off top is the same size on retro on-off pin as classic on-off pins. The initial return force is the same, and thus they work very well. I have found that using the small urethane retro on-off orings instead of the white teflon orings works better.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
