    Tank reg-custom output modification?

    It all started...
When my field owner recently said rts with increased output pressure are field legal and he even told me i can reach this high output pressure by adjusting some shims or disks in my reg. Of course I know this will viod warranties but who needs them when you have INSANE ROF .right?

    What i am working with...
I have a Tac One w/o ULT and a Draxxus 48/45 and wish to reach its high rof by increasing the tank output pressure through a custom modification of the tank reg.

    The problem...
I have no clue how to do this and pics and explanations would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

I've never done it, but I've seen others attempt it. One guy (I think it was just a few months ago) actually went through the effort of calling up Crossfire (or whoever it was that made his tank) to figure out how to do it.

Try doing a couple of creative searches, and you should be able to find the thread. Good luck.

Thats the thing though iv looked all over and haven't seen any threads on it. Not even here which is kinda surprising considering its probably a common modification especially for people with automag rts.
      Thanks for the support though.

I never did this either, but from what I heard you need to get your tank out put up to around 1000psi and use an RT on/off, not the ULT. Also, the higer the pressure, the better. Hope this helps. Definately look around on here, though. There should be plenty of info. Search for the RT or Retro effect.

This is the best option and not too expensive. Probably cost you between $60-70 depending on the LPR you buy.

A pneumag would be cool but im not crazy about drilling into my frame and mounting air hoses and a LPR which probably wouldnt fit into my intelli.

This is the thread I was referring too. I was only able to find it because I remembered them talking about shims. (That narrowed down the search field quite a bit.)

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

The thread itself is pretty non-informative, but if you start PMing some people who are discussing it, perhaps one of them can give you some pointers.
