i just tried to take out my regulator valve pin spring and it wouldnt come out. i may have to be a little rouhg with it to get it out. anyone have any good ideas of how to remove it without messing it up?

I normally don't take my marker apart fully unless its acting up. But, to get that sprign out I take out the elbow that lets air into the valve. from then i just use a sharp object like a pick and push out the spring from the input part.
I don't screw up the spring that way, just be careful not to warp it any

I think you are talking about the regulater seat pin and the cone shaped spring inbetwene the two halves of the valve. if so, i pulled the pin out with my fingers by pulling realy freaking hard. i then used a dental pick to pull the spring out.
i want to now why you need to pull this out. when i had to it was because i had a piece of teflon tape lodged in the back side of the pin. I wont use teflon tape unless it is mandantory now.
