Alright, so this all started when I swapped the ULT on/off I had used for the time I owned it to a stock on/off (.750 pin). For some reason, the top o-ring of the stock on/off had a tendency to slide into the way of the pin, so after a few shots, it became very hard to pull the trigger. I degassed it, but I didn't have any way of depressurizing the valve to take a look, so I pulled the trigger until the pin punched a hole thru the o-ring. I then realized what had happened and fished out the broken peice of o-ring lodged down the opening near the on/off. I assumed it was just a fluke, and replaced the o-ring with what I believe was a L7 powertube o-ring (it fit and was the right durometer). So, it did the same thing on the second and third go. Frustrated, I popped in my old ULT on/off and now when I put just a bit of pressure on the trigger, I get a leak down the barrel. It also just doesn't feel right, theres no trigger response, just feels like the gun is sick. There also appears to be some wear on the bolt. Not sure if it's related or not. The tank I was using just now was a pure energy (yes, high output) with 1000 psi left. I also fiddled with a longer LX spring at the time, if that helps any (it wouldn't shoot with anything but the one I had always used).

The top on-off oring can't move if the proper orings are in place. There should be two orings above your on-off assembly. The small white urethane oring and the larger white urethane oring that holds it in place. The small one fits inside the larger one.
The small on-off top oring is the same one as the regulator valve pin oring.
The larger on-off top oring is the same as the old powertube orings. This oring is the same size as the one around the base of the on-off assembly as well.
The leak down the barrel when you barely touch the trigger means that you have too many shims in your level 10 setup.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts. -
Hmm.. interesting, I didn't get the smaller o-ring on it. Oh well, guess I'll stick to the ULT for now.
Guess I need to stick with the "change one thing at a time" approach.
