    Flatline Leaking from Fill Nipple

Bought a used one and it's leaking from the fill nipple.

    Thanks

buy a new fill nipple or take the one you currently use off and clean it and make sure the o-ring inside is good

Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.

i had the same problem a few weeks ago...

i got a fill nipple ('bout $10 locally), and replaced it...no more leak...

but, like dub said...take the nipple off, push the piston out (it sits inside the nipple...and it has a flat head top...you can turn this for HOURS)...use a straight pick or a toothpick to push it out...

clean the inside of the nipple good, clean the piston good

put some teflon tape on the threads, and tighten it back up

        Thanks guys

Works like a champ now. Gonna get a new part soon but I need this tank running now so I'm a happy camper.

        Thanks
