E-Mag not shooting in mech mode.

Shoots fine in hybrid and e-mode, wont shoot in mech mode consistently. I have the sear rod adjusted so it does not touch the trigger when in e-mode but close enough so it bounces back in hybrid mode. I tested a classic valve in the e-mag and the classic valve shoots fine.

Do you think I should rebuild the on/off, could this be the reason for the sticking?

If the classic valve works with the stock classic .750 pin, this leaves me to believe you have your trigger rod adjusted wrong. Readjust to 2.125" and try it. Let me know how it goes.

2.125, is that 2.125 inches from where the rod threads into the holder to the tip of the rod? Thanks, i bought it used and someone monkeyed with it, I am trying to fix it.

Okay, one more question, do I start my measurement from the hinge point or do I start my measurement from the end of the clamping portion? Is 2.125 2 inches then 1/10 of an inch then a quarter of a tenth of an inch.

          Thanks a lot guys.
