    Spacer?

Just a quicky... I was messing with my sons mag and found that his spacer is gold 220. and the spacer in my mag is red? When I look at other pics on the forum they're all gold like his. Is mine stock? His mag also fires VERY quietly. to the point where you really dont hear it. Other than the spacer difference I really cant see any difference? Would this be a factor in how quiet it fires? (and it doesnt matter what barrel system he's using, it all fires silently)

The spacer won't make any difference to how loud the gun fires. The power tube orings when made, have very slightly different tolerences due to the manufacturing process. The spacers just help to make a better seal by squashing the oring that little bit more snugly. I think you'll find that different barrels will make the gun sound louder/quieter depending on the barrels porting holes.

      spacer?

Ya, that's what I've always read and heard too. But this is alittle odd how quiet it is, and still maintain velocity. aaah, who knows? Pretty cool though.

What you have are spacers from 2 different kits.
The gold ones with the numbers are from an AGD kit. they range from .215 to .235 IIRC.
The other is from a color coded kit. Each color being a different size.
The purpose of these is to adjust your trigger pull. By increasing the size, you get a lighter pull. Once you hear a leak out the barrel, you've gone to far. JUst put in the next smaller spaacer. :)

I believe the color coded ones were invented by PTP once people started having issues with the older springs. AGD picked up on this and an agreement was made.
