Hall Effect Sensor Part Number

Does anyone know what the part number for the Hall Effect Sensor (HES) is in the E/X-Mag?

The manufacturer name and number would be good,.. or even the Mouser or Digikey would work.

The markings on my HES is "500E" but the best I could find are these... Not sure how close these are as far as "in spec" but the SIP3 package seems to match the shape of mine to a "T" even has the little bevel on the edge. (even broke out the digital verniers to check size)
