    ULT tunning

i was reading the sticky and i saw that the amount of shims you use really depends on the gun set up. well i have a x-valve with an intilla frame and a classic body. i have 6 shims on the ult. and after reading the sticky and people were talking about 3 and 4 shims being alot, im not sure how i do not get "full auto" with that many shims but i just kept putting them in and the trigger got lighter and lighter, i would put 7 but then i can not get the valve in the body.
anyone else think this is strange?

for a better rebound effect you need a higher input pressure. 900psi and up is good.

I don't see how that relates to the OP's questions. For all the ULT's I have had, I never got the full auto effect when I kept putting in more and more shims. I always ended up with 5-6.

ok, thats what i was looking for, i wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with 6 shims.
i think i might get a nitroduck reg and make it 1000 psi.
