    advanced classic valve

    heyya,
    just a quick question...i just got oldie classic and there is "advanced" milled on valve - i had classic before without it....does it mean that this one baby is special or something?

        i bet you theyre is 8 holes int he back half of the valve spin it apart and look its prob jsut that since its not a matching set of front and back

          Mismatched halves. Your front half is from an older A.I.R. valve, your reg half is from a classic.

            It's nothin...

            It's not a match set. Some valves had Classic on them... Others had A-Adanced I-Integrated (??) R-Regulator (??)

            Will have to check when I get home for the exact words.

            But to the best of my knowledge they are all the same just a matter of the different labels that AGD swapped up.

            If they are different I'd be interested in knowing what the diff is. I'll check mine when I get home as I've got it seems one of each valve of the classic line.

            I think I'm missing a MM valve if there is one and a Sydarm valve.

              cant open it right now, just borrowed tools to my friend..il try it tomo...and u r right - both parts of valve didnt match...but i still dunno what A-dvanced means...

                          A dvanced I ntegrated R egulator or the A.I.R. valve for short . When the Rt came out the Classic title was added to the non reactive valves so they would be easier to differentiate between the two valves when you were talking about them.
