i bought 100 about 5 years ago for 4$. I probably still have about 80-90. They are good, not as good as the white o-rings though.

i have more blow outs with the white ones then the black ones. i bought the 100 for $5 from the same guy about a year ago and i only used about 10, but now all my tanks have them and i had 2 blow outs.
i like them and they are cheap.

The white ones are more rigid. I found that when using the black ones with CO2 and without an on/off, they would swell a little more. Granted, it's a great deal. And with an on/off, i haven't broken one yet.

I bought like 100 off ebay for like 2 bucks a few years ago, and I still probably have like 20 at least, and thats with me losing a bunch here and there. They work fine.

Back in the day the black rubber o-rings were the only ones you could get. They were dirt cheap and they were always blowing out. The rubber ones will seal just fine, you just need to take care of them b/c they get chewed up and wear more easily. They also swell up if they get a blast of cold CO2 on them which usually leads to them tearing. They will work fine but expect to replace them more often then you replace a teflon (white) o-ring so keep that bag of 100 handy.

I bought those a couple months ago from the same seller and they seem to work just fine.

I bought a pack of 100, came in an extremely poor quality makeshift "package" ( eseentially 100 rings stuffed into a ball of saran wrap with a label on it.) But whatever theyre o rings, they were fine. They get the job done and I like them better than clear ones.

I buy my o-rings from him too. It seems they wear out quicker, but it's been years since I've used urethane o-rings so I can't really remember. People always need o-rings wherever you go and it's nice to be able to give some out without feeling like you should charge for them. I remember some fields that used to charge $5 for 3 o-rings.

Thnx guys I was wondering if I could use rubber o rings. But when I was playing in the 90s, the field I played on charged $2 each. I m going to check this guy out and get me some.
