Are you using C02? If yes than thats yo problem, switch to HPA.

      A few things.

Make sure your air system is feeding enough air to the gun and the output is around 800psi. If you have a HPA system, try switching it with someone elses and see if it's your air system that is causing the problem.

Make sure your valve is clean and there isn't anything inside it like teflon tape that could be causing a flow restriction. Replace the reg. seat.

If you've had the sear modified or lengthened the trigger rod, then that's the problem. Make sure that when you gas it up it's got a gap inbetween the rod and the back of the trigger.

Lastly, make sure your velocity in slow fire is around 280fps. If it's shooting too slow, it will act like you describe.

Also having too many regs attached could be restricting flow. Or an old, crappy slide check, or very long pieces of microline. If you've been running it on dirty co2 for a while you could have crud built up in the conical spring.

Actually the first thing to check is to make sure he doesnt have his on off top in upside down if he has an older valve :)

Nect would be to check velocity, supply pressure, hose flow, and reg seat then ( unless he knows already somethings been done to the sear) the sear clevis rod.
