    68 classic Vlavle leak!!!

    Okay guys when I air my marker up the air leaks out the back where the velocity adjustment is. I ordered a new velocity spring and that didnt help...the marke will fire...but all the air leaks out still....any suggestions??

    Have you backed the velocity adjuster out? It's usually an issue with the marker over-pressurizing. That's the blow off valve leaking air out the back.

    If it still leaks it's usually means that the regulator seat has been damaged or is somehow not working correctly.

      I think I will have to order a new reg piston assembly..although I cant seem to get my old one out to look at it....when I put the allen wrench in to take it out it just spins...

        The reg piston just pushes out from the front with a small wrench or strong toothpick.

        The allen socket in the piston holds the relief valve in the piston. There's an oring on the front of the piston that can leak and needs to be maintained. Try changing that oring before you toss out your piston. The relief valve can start leaking, but the oring is more likely.
