    regulator help...EMERGENCY!!!!

i have a very serious problem:

my in-line regulator (pmi pure energy) is venting air constantly. i dont want to open it unless absolutely necessary. i have a game tomorrow and no airsmith that i can run to. i have every tool that can possibly be required (3 paintball freaks in the same house with all the gear). the input pressure doesn't make a difference in whether or not it vents the gas. when it vents, though, it's out the hole for when it's overpressurized. any help is good!! thanks a lot guys!!!!

my 98custom is for my calculated shots...mags are for insertion and extraction and pretty much everything else from sniping

If its a mag you don't need an inline, it has an internal reg already. Just take the reg off and run a line directly to the valve.

Are you talking about a tank or an in-line reg? If it is the tank reg you need to get that fixed. IF it is an in-line reg take it off and run it directly to the AIR.

          Gota take it apart

There will be a split oring on the "piston" above the spring in the reg.

It's the same size as the power tip oring in a mag.

If your input pressure is high you will need a spacer below the spring or you'll blow that oring when gassing the reg up.

All above info is only if you have the inline vert PMI reg.

I have no idea about a THOR.

            thanks....

i couldn't get any o-rings to replace the damaged ones, so i put an expansion chamber in its place, so the bottom-line would reach, and i went through 68 ci at around 4000 psi in about 500 shots and had to switch over to CO2

            oh, well.....

            thanks for all the help!!!!
