ULT sticking

I have a problem with the ULT. The gun would fire and occasionally stop from time to time until it reached the point where it just wouldnt fire at all unless i popped the back of it. I broke the gun down and pulled out the ULT. I noticed it seemed stuck. So I turned the top half slightly and it moved freely again. It seems to have a spot where it catches. Is this normal for the ULT and wears down eventually or do I need to give AGD a call?

I have had the same problem before in the past ,
And after lots of gun striping and swearing as i could just not find any thing wrong it turned out to be the reg on my bottle.
Or maybe your on / off pin is bent take it out and roll it on a clean flat surface.
If the ends lift up as you roll it then its time for a new one

this gun is less than a week old. And I tried playing with the reg prior to breaking it down and that had no effect on the problem.

this is usually bolt stick , when you pull the valve assembly out ( with the bolt ) all it should take to make the bolt fall off is just a LITTLE LIGHT shake if you have to shake it hard it's too tight ( I don't know everything but this has been my experience )

Definately sounds like bolt stick more than the ULT.

Short stroking could cause the initial stick, but it should reset itself immediately after. The only way it won't reset is if there is bolt stick or a ULT timing/shim issue.

I actually have this same problem with my Tac-one (LVL10 w/ ULT). I get about 20 shots before the marker stops firing. The piston behind the trigger still puts pressure on the back of the trigger but the marker doesn't fire unless I shut off the air and turn it back on again. Then I get about 10 shots before the marker freezes again. I switched to the 1 and 1.5 carriers but I still have the same problem (the kit came with 1-1.5). Should I order larger carriers and try again, or could this be a ULT problem?

Well on the field i remember checking the pin and trigger to see if there was any pressure on it and there didn't seem to be any at all.

I have changed carriers on the bolt since it didn't seem to fall right off and I did not have an issue when I was testing it. Since the problem didn't show up until the end of the 2nd game over the weekend we will see how it goes next weekend of play.
