Retro Valve Recharge rate low

Ever heard of this, im assuming thats the problem, ill pull the trigger but i have to wait bout a second after each shot, like booom, wait, boom, wait. It does have a level 10 on it, i thought that that might be the problem, anyone ever had this problem before?

What output does your airtank have? Are you running a secondary regulator?
