    x valve sputtering

    ok so i have my ego mag , just put an x valve with lvl x on it and it is sputtering at higher rof, any help would be aprieciated, i have a game tomorrow so im hopping to get quick replies

    You're bolt might not be returning fast enough. Try changing for a longer spring. Is the carrier too tight?

      I don't know much about lvl10, but maybe your spring is to strong, and the pressure left in the dump chamber pushes the bolt forward again after the spring pushes it back? To see if that's the case, just try a weaker spring. Worst that can happen is I'll be wrong, which is most likely the case. Good luck tomorrow!

            its like short stoking, it maxes out at about 8 bps and the sputters (seems to half cycle)
            also i just put a new reg on my tank

              Your lvl X is not tuned right,, It is too sensative and thusly causing the chuff.

                What output is the tank? Now that I think about it it kinda sounds like all this could be due to a starved reg.

                      Says the dye throttle is 850psi, not the problem.

                      I don't know much about lvl10, but if it's too sensitive maybe you just need to use a weaker spring?

                          found the problem
                          my ult :|
                          i put 2 more shims in it and no more sputtering, not quiet as fast as i hoped but it will do for tomorrows game thanks for your guyses help
