In the manual it tells you to unscrew that little allen screw and then heat the neck and then remove it. I tried and it did not budge. LMK if you guys know a better way to remove the high rise.

Wrap a piece of leather around the tube, so that you can grap it with a set of metal grips without scratching it up. -
I removed mine by unscrewing the allen head, taking some kitchen gloves, rubber, and a lot of slow cranks and twisted it off myself. I have since replaced mine completely, but I heard that if you put some heat on it, it should loosen up the neck loctite.
