Issue with mag choking down

I have an issue where I pull the trigger on the first shot and it fires fine. Then on subsequent it just keeps choking down.

Also at 800psi the mag itself can bounce like no ones business, ie just hold my finger at a certain spot and bounce all day til it chokes itself to death.

The setup is MicroMagRT being fed by a flatline at 800psi. I have popped everything out and oiled it.

Maybe the bolt spring is worn out causing a slow return which is reducing the amount of time available to charge the front chamber.
