I have an RT Pro with a nitro duck tank. And When I turn on the air it comes out my barrel. I have no Idea how to fix it.

You may not be putting the air on fast enough. The RT needs a sudden burst of HPA to seal properly. If you twist it in too slow, it has a tendency to do what you're describing.
If you feel that you ARE putting the tank on fast enough, try to replace the Power Tube O-Ring. It shows you how in the video.
