    mini mag trouble

    i just recently picked up a nice mini mag went to hook up a tank and the dang thing is shooting out air through the barrel.. then when i disconect the tank and hook it back up the tank the bolt clicks and i pull the trigger back and then it dumps air out.. put new rings on and oiled them down.. but i am lost after that.. if any one has any ideas they would help out.. please help

    Take it apart and put it back together, checking that everything is in the right place.
    Screw the tank in.
    Pull the trigger and hold it down for a few seconds.
    Release the trigger.

    What happens, in detail, during each step? Specifically, what's going on when it leaks, and does anything make it stop leaking besides removing the air source.

      Sounds like a bad or missing powertube oring.

      If not, use a shorter powertube spacer. This usually a result of a worn sear.
      Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
