Cyberrave definitly if you want to pick up the parts to do it yourself. He sells a complete kit (minus the lpr). It's a fun little project. I used one of his kits a few weeks ago to pnuemag mine and it turned out great.Comment

if you have steady hands and access to a dremel or even sand paper (takes a LOT longer) it's a great experience. I'm thinking of ordering my third kit from cyberave, he is the source to go to for a great deal.

Cyberave does sell stuff for pneumags, but I don't know if he still makes them for other people. (I suppose he can answer that himself, though.)
If you want someone to make it for you, there's a few people you can talk to. Loguzzzzzz is usually the first name to pop up. (You can probably PM him for cost/turn around speed.) I've seen sandfreestyle offer pneumags too.
And I personally offer the service as well.
I'm a teacher, and I have a LOT of free time over the summer, so I'm always looking for projects to keep me busy.
By the way, this question does get asked all the time, so usually a short little search can avoid the need of making a whole new thread. For example...

Cyberave does still do coversions for people... I asked him for a quote not that long ago, but I decided on doing it myself cause I wanted the experience.
It's really only a matter of having steady hands and having the right tools for the job!
