I just gassed it up and it's leaking from bleeder valve. I push it to the right, and it holds air, I push it left and it drains the gas. Is it supposed to work that way?

what are you pushing? how far is the velocity adjuster screwed in? what is your input pressure? -
You mean the vent hole in the center back of the valve? It's supposed to do that, it vents excess pressure to prevent a really hot, potentially hazardous shot. I'm assuming the thing you're pushing to the right or left is your velocity adjuster, when you stick an allen key in that back hole - you're just turning your velocity up too high, and your 'mag is venting that pressure so it doesn't hurt someone.
