well i put a new oring in and tried using the old one as well and they both had the same result. I have a few more i can try but it just seems like they dont want to fit together.

Put your assembly together. Push the pin into the assembly so that the proper flat end is sticking out the top where the 2 top orings sit. Now, with the pin held in place, put the outer oring on and push the inner white teflon oring into it. The pin should hold it in place. This will allow you to put the whole assembly into the on-off hole as one unit.

I would check the sear for wear. A worn sear could cause your full auto problems and also allow your bolt to sit far enough forward to leak air.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

You must have the original top with the X cut in it. The cut X faces towards to bottom section of the on-off assembly. The old tops worked fine but did get put in backwards from time to time. If you get a chance, get one of the new ones. They have no up or down. You can't put them in backwards.

The original on-off tops work fine.
