How unhandy is TAC ONE non-warp vs TAC ONE warp body?

    Hello,

I'm about to buy TAC ONE... And I've got a nice offer of TAC ONE with usual body.. I wanted warp body for red-dot use on top of marker...

How unhandy is non-warp body vs warp body for tactical purposes?

I'm definitely going to install qloader...

    Thanks.

if you use a Qloader, just have the sight sit higher an it will then have a clear line

      Same with a warp feed.

I used to use a red dot site on my powerfeed body. I had it sit high so it could see over the top of the powerfeed. It actually worked really well. When set at the correct position, the red dot intercepted the trajectory in 2 places. It was purely by accident, but it turned out to be beneficial in that I was sited in for a short shot at 30 - 40 feet and a long shot at about 150 feet. All other distances were a minor adjustment off those positions.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Am I loosing much in comfort?

no, if you are mounting a Q loader, then you will not loose too much at all, the warp left is actually pretty convenience if you are mounting a Q.

Only if you plan to use the standard gas through foregrip as the mounting point, otherwise consider getting the CMS if you don't have it already, it will make the mounting and position much more convenience.

The 90 degree elbow adapter that they sell work great too if you want the hose to be tight or plan to run through bushes and doesn't want the hose to get caught on some branches and start flinging paint everywhere.

if you do decide to get warp left, here is a good mounting design.

            WW's favorite aswell

needs: cms kit, and a warp feed plate

My vote is go for Warp instead of Q-loader but thats just me

                Well thanks for the answers...

I WISH, I could go warp-left... but I only get centerfeed offers...

Is centerfeed body unocomfy in tactical sense? (I see kudos to warp left in this thread mostly)..

No, the center feed wouldn't be any less tactical, it just end up adding another inch or two to to the top of your maker so that still beat having a giant halo on top either way.

At least with center feed, if the Q ever give out, you can switch to another loader immediately.

Q loader do provide great warranty service though.

Take the offer, then go about trading your body (not like that, no) for the warp left. I don't know how hard this is, but should be doable.

                    warp! warp! warp!

The centerfeed body is the most versatile. It allows all possible methods of attachment for any hopper arrangement. The warp left body only allows for attachment of a warp feed or Q loader.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

To give you an idea, heres a vid of when I had my vert body/warp on my Tac-One, please note the warp still mis feeds a bit. It doesnt do it with the Warp left body.

Nice video, but I do believe I saw you wipe 3:17 into the video. Was that a legal wipe...

Maybe turn the dwell up/remove jumpers?

When I use a warp on my other markers I just put it at default dwell because I can't figure out the timing.
