    Pneumag problem

Ok so I finally got around to getting a body for this Pneu. project and have put it together.

Now I have been trying to make it function and it will not function?

Here is what happens when the marker is aired up: I start by increasing the screw on the LPR so that you valve will function. Now I see the bolt coming out of the pneu. valve, then the valve goes off... Or bolt stays in open and will not reset? If I push the bolt back in, it will come back and fire the valve, (sometimes... as most of the other times it just chuffs)? I switched the air lines from one side to the other just to make sure I had them hooked up right and it acts exactly the same?

I have read were some guys are putting a over travel screw for the sear? Do they all need this adjustment screw? It seems that I have seen many with out said screw? What do I need to do to accomplish this? Or do I just have it set up wrong?

    Thanks

Ok so now I have only figured out that the air lines are right but as soon as I start increasing the air... the air starts bleeding out of the MSV? Then if i back it off the LPR were it does not leak then its not enough air to strike the sear? I can strike the sear with an allen wrench and the valve goes off but the MPA does not have enough air pressure to strike the sear hard enough to trip the sear? Any ideas??

    Thanks

A sear stop is mostly for milking some speed out of a classic valved pneu. I haven't noticed many in RT or x-valve pneus. It doesn't help the valve fire, it helps the recovery time after the valve fires.

You might post a pic. Which LPR are you using? You may have the MPA too high on the sear for the pressure you are getting from the LPR. Or maybe you just have a good kink in a hose. The MSV can vent at the same time it is putting air to the MPA; if you have a kinked hose you may never get enough pressure to the ram.

does the pneus work good outside the grip? i tried mine outside for it to work and checked it often for proper function when assembling.
Ive had sort of same problem and it was msv that was activated and dragging in the grip, when that was fixed it was easy to dial in the lpr. And my msv was leaking bad at the beginning but a drop of oil solved it.
9-1000psi from i-reg gives me pure fullauto, 800psi just semi.
