    Tac 1 old style rail?

    I'm looking to build a longbow. However, Agd and specops are no longer partnered up. The tac 1s rail has been changed and no longer supports the longbow kit. So I have two questions.

    1. does anybody know where I can get a longbow ready tac 1 or the origonal rail?

    2. Ive heard that the RT pro rail aaccepts the longbow kit perfectly if you put it on the tac1. Is this true. If anyoneone can confim it and maybe explain how I am to attach It to the tac I would be gratfull.

      You might be able to find a original Tac1 rail for sale here on the forum. The RT Pro rail that I have has wings on the back that would interfere with the longbow shroud. But I am not sure if all RT Pro rails have wings.

          i have an old style tac rail, i dont know anything about the longbow kit tho. pm me an offer if you want it

          or if you have a new style tac rail i'd be willing to trade you

              If you call AGD instead of ordering online they may be able to hook you up. I had called when I ordered my tac-1 to make some changes to my order and I asked about the longbow ready. The guy said it could be done for 50$ extra and a little more time. This was about a month ago. Basically the body is the same but there are six screw holes above the front grip.

                  the long bow shroud will fit the rt rail, the shroud is clearanced for the wings on the older style rt rail.

                      Look for a wingless Tac rail with six screw holes on each side. I may have one if you can't find one elsewhere, but it will probably take me a week or more to find it.
