I've been searching and wanted to know if the tac one body can use freak inserts (in a deadlywind) smaller than .687 with a level 10 bolt and not interfere?

The bolt does not come so far forward on a cocker threaded body as to actually enter the barrel breech, or in this case the freak insert. I cannot see where it would be a problem if you are actually finding paint that small.

i have a tac one with the deadlywind CF barrel and freak inserts... works like a charm!

The minimum recommended barrel id is .685". But, like Punkncat mentioned, on ULT bodies, the bolt never really enters the end of the barrel insert.

I use a tac body with freak... No problem at all.
