    emag valve + ult = ???

according to BlackVCG's ULT sticky, you can use the ULT on the emag valves that has double orings. i went thru pages without a clear answer on HOW it can be done or i missed it or im too much of a newbie.

so, in theory, the emag valve w/ L10 & ULT will replace my classic AIR w/ L7 on my mech.

is this feasible and how do i accomplish this? if it doesnt work with the ULT, what on/off should i use? emag on/off or rt on/off?

also to clarify, is this the emag valve that has the double oring? (it's flat, doesnt have that half step inside)

here's the ULT. small oring at top of pin. 3 shims.

I always heard that you cant or not good to use ULT on Emag only on Mech mag, On Emags you really don't need ULT because you can make the trigger very light pull (Tap on battery pack) can make gun shoot. You can use the ULT in the Emag Valve on Mech Mag The Emag On-Off use Quad oring.

Just when i was about to help you out too. Looks like i'll have to take you the way of old yeller.

Oh, and i'm serious, because ifyou were seriously shooting at dogs i don't think you're worth the time to help out, even if you shot at a fence in their direction, it's a stupid idea.

just shooting air outside. those ankle biters barks at anything. i wish my buddy samson never left me. he might've shown them a thing or two on how a dog's bark should sound like.
might being the case because he'd rather watch tv.

A ULT will fit in an E Mag valve , but you don't want to run it on an E Mag ( I think you got this part ) I just pulled mine out & my ULT has 4 (.005) shims in it & fits perfect flush with the valve , how many shims are in yours ??

An emag valve is a retro valve with "Emag" written on it. It will take any retro valve on-off assembly. The original retro valves, emag valves included, were machined to only need a single oring above the on-off assembly. The later retro valves were milled to accept two orings above the on-off assembly, the same as the classic valves. Only the later retro valves can use the ULT. The ULT needs the extra depth of the 2 oring on-off assembly.

Any classic mag can be retro fitted with a retro/emag valve, The only difference between an emag valve and the retro valve is the length of the on-off pin. Retro valves use a .750" pin length. Emags with a quad oring use a .712" pin. Emags with the urethane oring used a .725" pin. When installing an emag valve in a gun that is not an emag, use the .750" on-off pin.

Your pictures are a bit blurry. You need to take your pictures farther away from the valve. If you have to magnify and crop, it will still be a clearer image than an out of focus picture due to being too close.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
