    Getting a Tac-one, have a few questions

I am planning on getting a tac-one, and have a few questions.

I have a 68ci/3k psi flatline, and was wondering how many shots you get on it?

I plan on renting a scuba tank to refill my flatline, anyone know how many 68's this will fill, up to a good pressure?

And what psi does the x-valve like the reg at? I saw 800psi somewhere on the forum i think.

Lastly, i've been trying to decide on a q loader or warp feed, any suggestions?

Thanks all for the help, I did search but didn't find a couple of answers.

other people will be able to chime in better than I can, but as far as "usable" refills from a scuba...

I have an 80cf alum scuba and I fill my 68ci tank about 4 times to atleast 2000psi. (somewhere around there) If you rent two tanks, you can cascade and push that to probably 10 fills.

Iv never shot my tac one dispite going through two tanks... when you buy it talk to the guy on the phone, (they wont pickup untill the 12th) and make sure the level 10 is factory installed proporly. I was cought in the back order and when mine came to my house it was missing a shim 2 carrier sizes and 2 0 rings. leaving me with a very poor marker. Iv been fighting it for way to long now and im really dissapointed becuase I wanted to play this weekend. well. three weekends ago to be more precice.

anyways.. you only need 800PSI for the lowest amount 1000 max. going to 1100PSI will pretty much destroy your O rings and put to much wear and tear on the springs to quickly.

1100 is to much. If you want a 15 once trigger pull then get the ULT. if you want it like an electronic marker. get an electronic marker. the ULT takes practise. you cant just shove 1500PSI through the marker and expect to be good. like all things it takes time and patence.

As I understand it, the 1100 psi simply recharges the xvalve faster.. the xvalve still has a reg that is set at around 400 .. also if you keep the mag well oiled there shouldnt be any problems with the orings.. ive been playing with my tac one for over a year with no issues other than the need to replace the bumper once.

I purchased a tac one earlier this year and got the warpfeed as well...its an amazing set up.

I also actually played with a guy who ran a q loader for his tac-one. he liked it except for the way you have to reload the q loader hopper. You actually have a seperate hopper that holds the paintballs and the you hook the "magazines" in and turn a crank and it loads the that way...not something you can do in the heat of play...the warp feed uses a standard revy or eggy or what ever powered hopper.

if you do go with the warp which i would recommend...do the mod that allows you to link ur intelli frame and the warp. You get a lot better response than if you ran the warp on vibration only
