I'm having a bolt stick issue with my mag. It has a classic valve with a level 7 bolt. I bought it through agd and I have put less than 10 cases through it with no problems until now. It either will start to double fire (Push the trigger down it fires and then release the trigger it fires again) which then will leads to the bolt not returning. Otherwise it will just not return on the first shot. I have replaced the powertube oring, bolt spring, tried larger spacers but nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?

try the oil solution: about 5 drops in the ASA, maybe some on the sear (the part where it catches the bolt). that might help.

When the gun is aired up, is there a paper-thin space between the back of the trigger and the sear rod?

If your getting bolt stick, put in a shorter power tube spacer

And use oil. 90% of all mag problems are a result of not enough oil.

Also make sure your on/off pin is the length it is supposed to be. You might have to call agd to find out what that length is.

Check your on-off top orings. Also, check to see that you didn't forget to put the rail bushing in if you had the gun apart.
Bolt stick is often fixed by adding a longer spacer if the problem is caused after you replace a sear or bolt. I doubt this is your problem.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
