does your guage drop down too when you shoot, cause this sounds alot like the problem i am currently having.

my description: i take a shot with output psi at around 800-900 and internal psi anywhere above 1000 and the output guage drops to like 400, then takes about 5 seconds to fully recharge to its previous output psi.

my solution: im pretty sure its the reg seat, flatline part #1161. However this part has been discontinued, but is the same as the RT reg. valve pin o-ring, (part #779) so if you know anyone with an rt parts kit ask them for one of these, otherwise you can call agd & they will hook you up with some free ones, but they take a while to get to you and I have a league every weekend that i wont be able to use my flatline at now!!! so replace that, if that aint the problem call agd techs & they will certainly hook you up!

my cause: not sure, but i think its when i first turned my tank on and the output pressure was at ohhh, say 1700 psi *!!!NOT GOOD!!!* and it must've stretched out when that happened. a sign of this would be air leaking out the reg adjustment nut on the front, and mine was flowing rather plentifully

hope this helped you, happy hunting :)
