ULT with Level 7 Question

Will a ULT work with a level 7 RT? I know the level 10 is probably a better upgrade, but they cost a little more than I can come up with right now. Your thought?

With an RT pro, yes, RT classic, no.

The RT classic needs to be specially milled to accept the ULT.

That is only one of the mods that I will be doing to enable my classic to use "all" the new upgrades. I will post more once I start fabricating. Thanks, just want to be sure before I went that route first.
