how to lube mag?

so i looked around and cant find this answer. DO you know where i can find a video of a discription of how to Properly lube your automag.

i hear use oil from some poeple and dow 33 from others. thanks.

Don't need a video. Just put 3-4 drop of oil into the ASA, screw in the tank and dry fire about 50 times and you are good to go.
