newbie to mags tryingto buy one on pbn.

    Ok,
Hi I was told by a guy on pbn to come here 'cuz you guys know what you are talking about ( automags.org, obviously). I need some help on mags that I am looking at for myself. There is a minimag with classic valve, a classic 68 stock, another 68 with lvl 10.

    $130

    185

    185

could you give me prices to offer to these people and how much it would cost to put a Retro valve in.

It's kinda like sex... It all starts with one, but it won't be your last...

Something I have always noticed; a parted out mag will usually bring more money than a complete one. So if you add up the prices of all the parts, and it is equal to, or grater than the selling price, you are probably paying too much. This may not hold true for some really nice Ano, Xmag, Custom bodies/Rails etc...

BTW; your in the right place, the membership here on AO will take care you.

Hah! That last one is mine and that price included USPS priority shipping and paypal fees. With proper fittings it would have been worth every penny considering the body and the L10 kit. But it's been parted. I have the body, rail, and valve left that I'm putting up for sale next week when I get back from vacation.
