lvl 10 bolt, RT pro valve chopping???

I have a lvl 10 bolt with an rt pro valve. I was using a halo the other day which was very low on battery power. I know the halo wasn't feeding as fast as it should have.

I recieved a couple of chops while playing. I'm sure the ball just wasn't falling all the way into the chamber.

Which "area" of the bolt do I adjust to make it more responsive to a ball? I'm thinking its the main spring. Do I go longer or shorter on it? If its not the main spring, is it the shims? Do I add more or less shims?

The longer the spring the more gentle on paint. You will have to increase your velocity and loose some gas efficiency. Try the red spring and go from there.
