my pneumag requires a lot of tweaking every time i use it is there any way to make it more reliable.

What are you tweaking? For the LPR you need to set it higher than just firing. A good rule of thumb on ticklers is a quarter turn more than just firing. I scratched a tiny mark on my cap so that I can see where it is set.

Make sure your level 10 is behaving. I used extreme rage oil for a while. My pneu would work great for about a loader's worth and start chuffing. The oil would just blow off and be gone, leaving squeaky clean orings. You could put it on an oring between your fingers and rub it squeaky very quickly. It is easy to think level 10 chuffs (by problem or design) are pneu trigger problems.
