    leaking x-valve

    I am leaking air out the barrel of my x-valve, any suggestions? thanks

    Oi,

    remove the bolt. Unscrew the brass powertube tip. Remove the shims and the lvl10 carrier. Youll find an oring at the bottom of the carrier. Just replace it, oil it slightly and put your valve back together.

    If its still leaking, try a smaller carrier.

      You need to determine the nature of the leak. First, remove all the level 10 shims from the powertube and see if the leak continues. If it does, then use the next smaller carrier size with the same white carrier oring. If using a smaller carrier size causes bolt stick, then you need to change the carrier oring and retune your carrier size for the new oring.
      Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
