    ace wiring question

okay, so i have a quick question about the ace wiring for anybody that might know.

i know the stock ace wiring has the orange signal wire on the molex plug and the 5 Volt power comes from the yellow wire being soldered to the fifth solder plug gown on the board.

so my question is, would there be a signal spot on the solder points? meaning solder the orange signal wire to the board instead of using the molex plug?

    thanks ahead of time!

From the looks of it the plug has a board terminal the same way the the other wire does.. but to be honest that just a guess..

You can get 5v from the two extra slots on the 5 port molex plugs but I was unable to drive the ACE board with it. I had to tap into the BASIC STAMP header to get 5v to drive the ACE board.

On the Main board it is the 5th port from the top.

actually, was asking about the the signal connection. would there be a signal post that i could solder to on those solder points on the main board.

          Thanks though,
