    mm/am help

im gonna need some help on this one.
when i first air up my minimag everything is sealed and seems fine.
after the first shot however it starts to leak down the barrel, as i continue to shoot it it gets worse and peaks at a cloud coming out my barrel. when i pull the trigger the leaking sometimes stops sometimes i can hear it chuffing a tiny bit.
    any help?
i changed the parts out with my other mag and it works but idk why?

      Are you using co2?
Is your bolt system L7 or L10?
Does the leaking stop when you HOLD the trigger down?
When was the last time you oiled your gun?

Answer the first round of questions and we'll see what can be done.

          L7 bolt
i am using co2 now but when i tried it when my air tank was filled it did the same thing
i oiled it up a couple days ago
the leaking stops after usually for the first couple shots then it starts to leak while its held down
          never changed the bolt spring

If when you hold the trigger down it leaks, something's wrong with your on/off top o-ring. Oil it or replace it.
The leak down the barrel is a powertube O-ring problem. Oil it, try a shorter powertube spacer, or replace the O-ring.

What parts did you change out with your other mag?

that's weird about the sear and the rail. Maybe it's a tolerances problem?

The sear could be worn back, letting the bolt a little forward. If you have a power tube spacer, you might try a shorter (?) one, iirc. I haven't used spacers enough to be sure. I like bronze springs.

The bolt spring should be at least 1/8" above the tip of the bolt when you pull it out.

It is never supposed to leak with the trigger pulled and held. That is the on/off like questionful mentioned.
