    Delrin polishing?

How nicely can delrin be polished. Can it be polished to a smooth surface? I am thinking of a new idea for paintball bu I need to know how smooth one could make the surface of delrin.

I dont think you would need to polish it. It is self-lubricating, so thats pretty slick. The surface has a low friction coefficient already.

      Delrin

Polishing Delrin is tricky at best! It is a soft self lubricating material. If you get it to hot it starts to move and can melt if your not careful! It can be polished, just keep it cool in the process!

I reall want to talk to tom about a new product that I thought of. I don't want to publicly say it because I think it is a good one. With all due respect I just don't want any one stealing my idea. I would like to get in touch with tom directly.
