I just bought a brand new Tac-1 and the Trigger Won't pressurize when I gas my gun up. A guy at the local field told me that it's the on/off most likely (my field has been renting Mags out for 18+ years). Any other input welcome.

Take out all LVL 10 shims. Only start adding them 1 at a time if the bolt fails to reset after it encounters a jam.Originally posted by MAGslingerIt's leaking air down through the bolt. Should I add another shim? What do I do?
Quick tuning instructions:
Remove all LVL 10 shims.
Pick 1 carrier o-ring and stick with it.
Use oil.
Use #2 carrier (2 lines, no dots).
Shoot 1000 shots to break in o-ring.
Move broken-in o-ring to largest carrier that doesn't leak.
Use red spring for 285 fps. Use longer spring for higher velocity or to be more gentle (fragile paint), shorter spring for lower velocity or to be less gentle (thicker shell).
If bolt sticks after encountering a jam, add a shim.

Well I put an O-Ring in behind the shims and the trigger pressurized. But the bolt is now stuck forward.

That wasn't in the instructions. Don't try to outsmart physics. Read and follow the instructions.Originally posted by MAGslingerWell I put an O-Ring in behind the shims and the trigger pressurized. But the bolt is now stuck forward.

I like that... I think I'm adding that to my sig...Oh, Snap, wait we don't have sigs here... never mind. I'll add it over on MCB...Originally posted by secretweaponevanThat wasn't in the instructions. Don't try to outsmart physics. Read and follow the instructions.
