Hello All. I am the proud new owner of a Mag. Marker was purchased as having a Classic valve and LVLX bolt and an Xchamber foregrip(pics below). I added an Intelliframe and will probably change some other things as I have the money/motivation. Now for my question(s). The marker came with an HPA tank, but it is out of date, and no one locally hydros, so I had to air it up with CO2. The first time I gassed it up, it sounded as if it was leaking through the VA screw in the back, but stopped after a couple of seconds. I figured it was just filling. I dry fired it a few times and after maybe 20 shots or so noticed the valve getting pretty cold and than the trigger pin wasnt resetting properly. It would make a hissing noise and then the pin would snap back after a couple of seconds. Sometimes, it didnt snap back right away and would only reset after I took the tank off and put it back on. I thought the tank was getting low, so I put a full one on to continue fiddling around with it. I took the marker into the garage, put paint in it and set the velocity. It was fairly consistent, but oddly enough seemed to rise as I shot instead of lowering as my Tippmans often do. I still had some issues with the trigger not popping back. I did check to see if the bolt was sticking and it doesnt appear to be. I put a pencil down into the feedtube and it went all the way in.
Are my issues most likely CO2 based? I have had problems with my Tipp's in the past when it was cold out with CO2, but never when it was warm. I do plan on getting the HPA tank rehydroed and using it, but it will be a few weeks until I can and getting it filled is a hastle as no one locally fills HPa.
Any advise? Sorry if this are noob questions.
