I have four Shims in my Tac-1 and I'm getting a decent amount of Trigger Bounce @ 850 PSI! It's a new Tac, so I still have to break the O-Rings in by dry-firing oil through it. How many shim would I need to shoot Semi?

I assume you're talking about ULT shims. Right now it sounds like you have over-shimmed it, which will lead to run-away full-auto. Try taking 2 out and only using 2 shims. I run my ult with only 2shims and there is no bounce whatsoever. -

does the bolt not reset after its lvl10ing on paint? since you have 4 shims in it
